Grief Shrieker

When Grief Shrieker enters the battlefield, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature. If a creature would die this way,
that creature's controller loses 2 life.
Sometimes people follow the shrieks, seeking to
aid people from whatever harm crossed their
paths. But it's only after they arrive do the
human screams start.
