When you cast Gragzol, each creature gets -X/-X
until end of turn.
Gragzol enters the battlefield with a number of
+1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of
creatures that died this turn.
When Gragzol dies, create X 1/1 green Ooze
creature tokens, where X is the number of +1/+1
counters on Gragzol.
