Gluttonous Rats

Whenever a Rat you control deals combat damage to an opponent, place a rat counter on target land that opponent controls.
Lands that have a rat counter are Wastes (Basic land type with "{t}: Add {c}").
If you control no Rats, remove all rat counters.
It's best to steer clear of rat territory. They'll eat you out of house and home, literally.
