Eminence - During each upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature that player controls.
As long as Glarius, Solar Embrace is on the battlefield, creatures you control with +1/+1 counters can block any number of creatures, and creatures your opponents control with +1/+1 counters can not block and must attack each turn.
