When Ghur, the Wandering Peak enters the
battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on
him equal to the number of tapped lands you
control.
At the beginning of your untap step, you may
remove a +1/+1 counter from Ghur. If you
don't, lands you control don't untap.
