Nonbasic lands your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a nonbasic land enters the battlefield
under an opponent's control, if that opponent controls two or more lands than you, you may
search your library for a basic Plains and put it
onto the battlefield tapped. If you do, shuffle
your library.
