Whenever a spell is cast on a stack, put an stax
counter on Fulgu for each spell cast in a stack
this turn. At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove all stax counter, than each player draws X
cards and shuffle X cards in your hand into your library. Where X is the number of stax counters removed this way.
