tap target creature an opponent controls. That
creature doesn't untap during its controller's next
untap step.
Whenever Frostwind Howler blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, Frostwind Howler deals 5
damage to that creature.
A howl at the edge of hearing, and a sharp bite to the
frosty air.
