Frank, the Legion

If Frank would reduce a creatures toughness to
below one, it becomes one instead. (it permanently becomes one until that creature leaves the battlefield)
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies,
Frank, the Legion gains indestructible until end
of turn and you gain an additional combat phase
after this phase. At the beginning of that extra
phase, untap all creatures you control.
