At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge
counter on Foxy, Shadow Runner.
At the beginning of your combat step, if Foxy
has 3 or more charge counters on him, remove all charge counters from him and he deals 4 damage
to any target.
Foxy can only be blocked by Walls.
