When Forath enters the battlefield, you may
choose an opponent. If you do, put a +1/+1
counter on each creature you control and
each creature that player controls.
When Forath leaves the battlefield, you may
choose an opponent. If you do, you and that
opponent each pick a target. Forath deals 3
damage to each of the chosen targets.
