Equipped creature gets Defender and one +1/+1 counter. At
the beginning of your upkeep phase, double the number of +1/+1
counters on equipped creature, up to a maximum of 12 +1/+1
counters.
If equipped creature should be sent to the graveyard by any means,
that creature will not be sent to the graveyard; instead, exile
Flesh Prison. Equipped creature retains any existing +1/+1 counters
and loses Defender.
