You can use it a number of times each day equal to your Con. modifier.
As a free action when an enemy saves with a natural odd roll
against an effect you caused with a demonologist spell or power,
move the spell effect off the creature that just saved to a nearby
enemy.
Adventurer Feat: Once per battle, if you are conscious when
the escalation die reaches 5+, gain another use of the Flare
Up power that day
