5ft sphere of fire, ending turn within 5ft makes
dex save, 2d6 on fail, half on success. Bonus
action to move it up to 30ft, ramming into
creature forces save. "Jump" 5ft high, 10ft far,
also a 20ft + 20ft torch.
At higher level
Damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level
above 2nd.
