Orator (When a Debate or Vote is called, the controlling player can roll one D20 dice.)
If the player has more White cards on their field,
this card can roll an extra D20 during a Debate
or Vote.
If the player has more Red cards on their field,
the player can pay {r}{r}{r} to search their deck for
a Law card and add it to their hand.
