Firestoker

At the beginning of each end step, you may pay {r} or sacrifice a green artifact or forest. If you do, cards that could only be played from exile this turn can be played until the beginning of the next end step.
When Firestoker enters the battlefield, draw a card, then exile a card from your hand at random. You may play it until end of turn.
