Elk Tribe shaman Mjenir Tormhaalt cast the runes. You now wear the fire rune on your forehead
1) May cast Light from your rune (centred on the rune).
2) May cast Faerie Fire from your rune (once
per long rest).
3) Critical attacks add 1d6 fire.
