Fall of Jerusalem

Destroy all permanants target player controls. For
each non-basic land destroyed this way, that player
loses 1 life and puts a card from on top their library
into their graveyard. Creatures destroyed this way
can not be regenerated and are exiled from their
owner's graveyard.
