When Faiths Guide enters the battlefield, create
a token artifact called Card with "{r}, {t}: Put a forge counter on this artifact. Then, if there are four or more forge counters on this, sacrifice it."
Whenever you sacrifice a Card, deal 5 damage to target creature or player, and then exile Faiths Guide and return him to the battlefield under his owner's control.
