Faint Memories

At the beginning of each player's draw step,
that player draws a card. If at the beginning
of the first main phase, that player has more
than 7 cards in hand, that player discards x
cards where x is equal to the diference and
adds one mana of any color for each card
discarded. This mana does not empty from
their mana pool until the end of the turn.
