When Faerie of Vistas enters or leaves the
battlefield, reveal the top card of your library.
If it's a landcard, put it onto the battlefield
tapped. Otherwise, draw a card.
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player may
pay {1}. If they don't, return Faerie of Vistas to
it's owner's hand.
