Whenever a land named Wastes becomes tapped, target creature becomes Forgotten creature and is Skeleton as additional to its creature type. (At beginning of player's end
step, for each Forgotten creature they control, put
a -1/-1 counter on it, unless they discarded one
or more cards this turn.)
