At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all counters from all the
creatures exiled with Facebook.
During each player's upkeep, that player can exile any number of
creatures from his hand into Facebook, and put a counter on
them.
Players can only play creatures exiled with Facebook that they own
and without counters on them.
