Once per turn, during a player's upkeep step,
that player may pay {x}. If they do, they may
synthesise X or fragment X.
It had everything. A whole bunch of glassware, test
tubes, beakers, flasks of coloured liquid, distilling
columns, condensers, Bunsen burners, and that thing
you get when you hook a bunch of them together.
