Creature spells you cast cost {1} less to cast for each
creature on the battlefield and may be cast as if they
had Flash. You may spend mana as if it was any
color to cast creature spells.
{t}: Add X mana of any one or two colors to your
mana pool, then put that many +1/+1 counters on
each creature you control, where X is the number
of creatures on the battlefield that you don't own
or control. Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each
counter on them until end of turn.
