Everhaven Terraformer

When Everhaven Terraformer enters the battlefield, choose any number of players. Each
chosen player exiles a land they control, then
searches their library for a land card, puts it onto
the battlefield, and shuffles their library.
Evict - Whenever a land enters the battlefield
under your control, if five or more cards you own
are in exile, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one
target creature.
