Choose an artifact in your graveyard, then discard an artifact: Put the chosen artifact on the bottom of your deck, then search your library for an artifact with converted mana cost less than or equal to the discarded card's and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library, then you may draw up to X cards, where X is the difference in mana costs.
