Equilibrator

Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield
from anywhere, each other player may put a permanent that shares a card type with it onto
the battlefield from their hand tapped. If no
player does, sacrifice that permanent.
Death and life are the same thing-like the two sides of
a hand, the palm and the back. And still the palm
and the back are not the same...They can be neither separated, nor mixed.
