Enhanced Wonderment

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player exiles the top X cards of their library, where X is the number of lands they control.
Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, they may also cast a spell exiled with Enhanced Wonderment with converted mana cost less than the spell cast from their hand. Any spell cast this way is shuffled into its owners library.

Any player may activate this ability.
