Engine of Unwinding

The turn order is reversed. (For example, if play
had proceeded clockwise around the table, it now goes counterclockwise.)
At the beginning of your end step, or whenever a
player takes an extra turn, put a charge counter on Engine of Unwinding.
When there are 12 or more charge counters on
Engine of Unwinding, restart the game.
