Enchantress's Ascension

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, draw a card.
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
If you have the city's blessing, you may cast enchantment cards from your graveyard.
The cycle of nature is to build, and rebuild. To reclaim, and reuse. Ever evolving, growing into something new.
