Emergency Amulet (A)

This polished piece of cit rine is suspended
by a gold chain and is often used as a prophylactic effect by adventuring wizards. When an attack or effect would reduce you
to 0 hit points, you may make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw; if you succeed,
you are reduced to 1 hit point i nstead. Once
the amulet activates, it won’t do so again
until you finish a long rest.
