Eluna, the Eruption

Eluna, the Eruption enters the battlefield with X burst counters on it.
Whenever a noncreature source you control deals damage to a permanent or player, it deals that much damage plus X damage to that permanent or player instead, where X is the number of burst counters on Eluna.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a burst counter from Eluna.
