When Elesh Norn enters the battlefield, you may
sacrifice a creature you control. If you do, exile
target creature an opponent controls. Repeat this
process for Artifact, Enchantment, Land,
Tribal Permanent and Legendary Permanent.
Whenever a Phyrexian you control deals combat
damage to a player, if that player controls more
permanents than you, exile target permanent
that player controls.
