Elegg, the Overcharge

Whenever Elegg attacks, it gains indestructible until end
of turn, then put a shock counter on it.
Remove any number of shock counters from Elegg,
you may cast spells with mana value equal to or less than
the number of shock counters removed. You may cast
these spells as though they have flash.
Electric shock squad - (electric shock squad creatures are
the colours of your commander if your commander is
an electric shock squad creature)
