Eagle Scout

+1: Earn the last of my eagle required merit badges, communication is needed to contact merit badge counselors to start the last of my merit badges.
+3: Complete my eagle scout project. communication is needed because part of project is showing leadership and leading people in the project.
-7: The end goal is of course earning my eagle and holding my eagle scout ceremony i need communications for that with my eagle speech
