isn't five or higher, Dynamis isn't a creature.
Once during your turn you may pay {x}
of the same colour and search your library
for a card with converted mana {x} or lower.
Put that card in your hand. Then shuffle.
{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}, {t}: Untap all other cratures you
control. They get +1/+1 until end of turn.
