permanent, put a +1/+1 counter on Drinker of
Eternities.
{1}{u}{b}, {t}: Put three time counters on target
creature and it gains vanishing. (At the beginning
of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When
the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
