When a time counter is removed from
Dream Land, Add {u}. You don't lose this mana
as steps and phases end. Then, if there are no
time counters on Dream Land, exile it and search
your library for a non-land permanent. Put that permanent onto the battlefield with X time
counters on it, where X is its mana value. If it
doesn't have Vanishing, it gains vanishing.
