Donkey Kong, Banana Peeler

When Donkey Kong deals combat damage, put
that many banana counters on the creature or
player damaged. Tap the creature. Creatures with
a banana counter on them untap during end
steps instead of upkeeps. Creatures that
players with 10 or more banana counters control
are goaded. Whenever a creature with a banana counter on it attacks, remove a banana counter
from it.
