At the beginning of your upkeep, you may draw a card, then discard a card. If you do, remove a Conspiracy counter from Dimir Intrigues.
At the end of your turn, if there are no Conspiracy counters on Dimir Intrigues, return Dimir Intrigues to its owner's hand.
