Devour everything

End all "until-end-of-turn" effects that are
affecting your creatures. For each ended effect
put a +1/+1 counter on each of your creatures
that was affected by it.
Exile all auras and equipments that are attached
to your creatures and for each exiled aura or
equipment put a +2/+2 counter on the creature
it was attached to.
