Delilah Walker

Born 27 Jun. 1847, in Navarro County, Texas,
Delilah Cumi Walker was the youngest daughter
of Hiram Walker and Judah George. She was 7
years old when her mother died.
She married Henry Brisbin, a Texan farmer, and
became a mother herself at the age of 17. She
would give birth to 11 children in her lifetime.
Delilah lived to be 62 years old. She died on
6 Nov. 1909, in Olustee, Oklahoma.
