Delaan Winterhound

Delaan Winterhound is a ranger of the Emerald Enclave and their main delegate at the Council of Waterdeep.
Delaan prefers the wild spaces of the North and feels uncomfortable in Waterdeep. He believes that the Cult of the Dragon needs to be stopped, as they cause too much destruction that unbalance nature's equilibrium.
