Eminence - Whenever you cast a Cat spell, if Dechujoh, the Vigilant is in the command zone or on the battlefield, you may pay {2}. If you do, catcall 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library. You may reveal a Cat creature card from among them and put it into your hand. Then put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.)
