At the beginning of your end step, put X +1/+1 counters on target creature, return target creature with converted mana cost X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield, and create an X/X white spirit creature token, where X is the number of experience counters you have.
This creature gets +1/+1 for each experience counter you have.
Spells you cast cost {1} less to cast for each experience counter you have.
