Dark Sea

Dark Sea enters the battlefield tapped
and doesn't untap during your untap step.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, remove all charge counters from
Dark Sea. If no counters were removed this
way, put a charge counter on Dark Sea. Otherwise, untap Dark Sea.
