{w}, {t}: Put a wanted counter on target creature
you don't control.
Whenever Dagbar blocks or becomes blocked by
a creature, put a wanted counter on that creature.
Whenever a creature with a wanted counter dies,
for each wanted counter on that creature create a Treasure token unless that creature's controller
pays {1}.
