Curse of the Hunted

At the beginning of your upkeep put a Hunted counter of target Non-Bear creature
Creatures with Hunted counters have "This creature must block a Bear each combat if able" and "When this creatures dies, put a +1/+1 counter on each Bear Creature on the battlefield"
