Cult of the Dusklight

Whenever you put one or more counters on
another permanent you control, put a counter of
the same type onto Cult of the Dusklight.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Cult of the
Dusklight has counters on it, you may move all
counters from Cult of the Dusklight onto target
permanent you control.
